Epic In-Studio is available for booking 365 days a year, including weekdays and holidays, anywhere in the world.

Enrollment minimums start as low as 30 students and is based on the selected package.

You may request specific faculty for your workshop. Faculty attendance is subject to availability. We make every effort to accommodate your preference. When contacting us, please specify your preference.

Epic In-Studio covers all travel costs for our faculty and will coordinate all travel arrangements. This includes airline, hotel, and rental car.

You know your students best! We are proud to offer you a fully customizable schedule. You choose the date/time, faculty, and curriculum for your workshop.

To guarantee your date, we require a deposit be returned with your contract. The balance must be paid in full, prior to the start of the 2nd day of the workshop.
