Loriann Garcia, born and raised in New York City, is an instructor, professional dancer, and creative based in Los Angeles. Loriann graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Communication and minor in Dance. In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles. With hard work and perseverance, Loriann has had the honor and the pleasure of working with artists such as Selena Gomez, Cardi B, Future, Meghan Trainor, Becky G, and Tyga.
Loriann has found a true purpose for teaching dance and guiding aspiring professionals. She’s been teaching dance for over 10 years at various studios in Connecticut and North Carolina. She recently choreographed an NBA halftime performance for the Charlotte Hornets, she’s completed a dance residency at Alabama State University, continues to teach workshops at different high schools and universities and is currently coaching the dance team at Reseda Charter High School in California. Loriann focuses on teaching fundamentals, performance technique, and versatile movement inspired by Jazz Funk, Jazz, and Hip Hop. Her movement combines grooves, jazz technique and powerful, sharp elements. Her style teaches students power, confidence, good work ethic and to never give up. She also likes to highlight the importance of performance and movement quality in her classes. Loriann creates an organic and comfortable environment for her students to explore their movement and artistry. Loriann feels her purpose is to guide and mentor her students to grow into be the best dancers and artists they can be.
